Shutting off Apple TV audio instructions

I just got Apple TV and it is sounding on every select from Apple TV's remote! For example, if I select a tv channel in DirectTV app, it like a patriot, just reads the contents out loud or is enter a keypress, it would say outloudvwant I type in.

How do you silence this? Driving me up the wall! I now just mute the TV! LOL!

On the other hand, accessibility features on Apple devices are one of the best around. Those with weak eyesight know to appreciate the voiceover.
