Sick of Safari Cache!

I am sick of Safari's Cache! Whenever I few digg (a lot!) It always shows me old cache unless I reload! I know reloading isnt much but it bugs me if I just quickly want to check the site. Is there a way of disabling cache for certain sites?

Well, this hint claims to get rid of Safari's cache entirely. Unfortunately, it won't work for specific sites so much as every single site. 😱
