The sidekick 2 was extremely popular with my generation, although I really don't see the difference between the 2 and the 3, other than some minor cosmetic features, such as the scroller. I think the 3 will still be popular, nonetheless. (Although I am I kid, I miss the global phone capabilities. My family and I travel internationally way too much....:p )

I finally got sk3 and i like it. I never bought sk2 but i owned sk1 for 3 years. sk3 is much improved but still indestructible and low-res but other than that, it's a great product. Only if they lowered the price, then it's a great product to buy.

Hey, I'm probably switching to T-Mobile in a few days, and I'm going to China this spring (maybe). With T-Mobile, can you get a triband (such as the SK3) and rent a quadband with them or someone else? I'd loooovvve a SK3, but it's just not quad band. If I decide to go with a quad band phone, then I'll probably pick a PEBL, RAZR, or SDA.

I just got a SK3 and love it so far.
I just need to figure out how to put MP3's on it as ringtones and change the wallpaper

Taken from post #6

The save MP3 as a ringtone feature is missing because T-Mobile took it out. They make money off of you buying ringtones from the catalog, and this is simply a case of greed.
