Yes, apps like kodi that are sideloaded need to sideloaded again once tv os is updated.

don't forget that you now need to side-load it every 7 days w the new certs as well...

If you are signing your own apps w Xcode you need to renew it every 7 days instead of every 3 months.

Then you are paying for a certificate/service for your device or paying $99 for the official dev account. If you use the free dev account the limit was 3 months before it expired, now is 7 days.

Oh damn didn't even realize yea I'm isong a dev account. There any way around the 7 day thing for free? Besides paying 99$ for a year dev

I just signed up for this service. Its $13 per year per device. It works great so far. No need to use xcode, its much simpler.

Thanks. I don't think my buddy is signing up for another dev account this November. So might be on that route
