I present recorded video on Zoom for work, and every player has the same problem: the scrubber and buttons are drawn on top of the video. Whatever window you share, your audience sees your controls. Full screen helps until you move the mouse.
So I built Sidewing. The video gets its own window with nothing drawn over it — that's the one you share. Every control lives in a second window that stays on your screen only. Your audience sees a clean frame the whole way through.
The rest of it came from problems I hit afterward: drop in several files and it plays them as one continuous video, frame-by-frame stepping, and precise scrubbing instead of the mushy seek most players give you.
