Sierra 10.12 Safari 10.01 Freezes

Have lost content almost daily while working with Safari 10.10 and using Sierra 10.12 Screen freezes. On occasion comes back after 1-2 minutes, but usually requires a restart of 2014 MacBook Pro with 16 gigs of RAM.
