After a full day of comparison between High Sierra and Sierra as a Home Office Server, I reverted to Sierra as the main OS.

I had been running on High Sierra, but the full functional control from one interface is superior. It also makes debugging Content Caching easier.

Now, if I could just figure out on how to run the Server app remotely from Mojave, I would be happy.
