Sierra Mac: Screen flickers when open laptop from sleep!

Hi this has happened since I installed the Sierra update. I put the mac to sleep and then after a few hours open it for work.

I'm seeing that the screen flickers for a second or so and then display is fine. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks!
