iPad Signal 2 app for iPad Air+4G?

Hello. I'm doing project about LTE and going to test LTE speeds from chosen cell tower. I would like to ask if Signal2 also should work with iPad air 4G? Is it possible to check if that app will work with iPad without jailbreaking at the moment?

I tried the single 2 app on my iPhone 5 on ios 7, the app showed incorrect cell site locations, it sometimes told me I'm connected to a cell site 15 miles away thats on elevation alot lower than me....

Signal 2 was designed for ios 6 and hope and GSM.
