Signatures in Entourage

The signaures I secified shows up when I send an email in Entourage. But if I reply to a message the signature shows up AFTER the text from the person that replied to me. How do I get it to show up after my "replied" text?

I understand exactly what you mean, but I am not sure this is possible in Entourage. I remember the same frustration with some versions of Outlook. What you want is essentially equivalent to putting the reply text after your text, instead of before -- what Entourage actually does is think of your reply as coming at the end, but then there's an option to put the insertion caret back at the top. So you get the signature at the end. I know how to fix this in Mail, but not in Entourage. 🙁

I searched the Help file but found nothing. However, if you place your cursor where you want the signature to be, you can insert the sig at that location. Of course, in the signature options you don't want to select a default signature.

I have to use Entourage at work because Mail doesn't do signatures with pics in it very well (or at all) and I know exactly what you mean. I usually copy and paste toe signature under my reply before I send it.

OK, I figured it out. Go to Entourage Preferences. In Mail Attribution check the last box. Now the signature will show up before the message you are replying to
