Not sure, but the SSH and Gawk command helped fix my phone. Best option if you're trying to free up space IMO.

My repo for him doesn't have the word setup at the end. I just ends with repo. FYI in case you can't add it.

Edit: just wanted to add, looking at the picture of iCleaner's description, seems as though Exile.90 added the respring cache fix. If they're identical, it comes down to two choices. Have it automated and run at every respring, or do it manually via iCleaner. There could be differences between the two. I honestly have no idea. I didn't know exil.90 added that to iCleaner.
