Signing Out from iCloud

I was trying to delete my iCloud account info from my iPad Mini prior to selling it. I signed out of everything, but it's still listed in my iCloud account when I sign into iCloud.com.

Any ideas what else I should do? I've already erased all settings and content.

I did. I finally figured it out through the appleid.apple.com website. Had to delete it as a trusted source.
