Does anyone here have a solution on signing out of iCloud? I was having an issue with Instant Hotspot, not showing up on my MacBook Pro WiFi. After trying various solutions, I decided to go ahead and sign out of iCloud. What could go wrong?

Well, I’m trying sign out of iCloud and it’s asking me if I want to keep any files/documents. I decided to go ahead and keep them on my computer. For some reason, it wants to upload. Hours later, it’s still doing nothing, just spinning and spinning to do something. I looked at my iStat Menu for any internet activity and nothing!

So, I decided to click on Stop and Continue, so it can go ahead and delete the documents/files. After all, it’s in iCloud, right? Well, several more hours, still nothing! What the hell!!! All I want to do is logout and login, so I can get this stupid Instant Hotspot working!

Does anyone here any solution on getting this piece of crap iCloud to finish? I feel like reformatting my entire hard drive because it’ll probably a lot faster than waiting to get this crap to finish loggin out!

Did you choose to store your desktop items and documents on iCloud? If you did and then sign out of iCloud, you could lose those documents and other files unless you backed them up somewhere else.

I don’t have anything important saved, so I told it to delete and continue. Of course, nothin ****ing happens. It just spins and spins. The point is it’s not letting me logout. No choice but to reformat and reinstall because Apple can’t fix iCloud and it’s Handoff/Continuity issues!
