hey everyone.

If you have silent mode on phone but NOT on watch... then the watch will make an alert sound.

If you have silence mode on watch but NOT on phone... then your phone won't make alerts sound.

Can anyone explain Apple's reasoning?

Surely an option would be the best solution here. If I wanted my phone on silent... I'd put it on silent. If I want my watch on silent .... I'd put it on silent.

But owning an Apple Watch I cannot have my phone make alerts as either the watch makes them... or nothing.

Anyone any solution?

Thanks

I would have liked these choice, too. BUT, Apple in not offering.
