Silent switch

The silent switch is not working on my iphone 4s. This has only just stopped working. I have switched on and off my phone but no joy.
Anyone else have this problem.

Happens.
If its still under warranty bring it to Apple and they will take care of it for free.

Happened on my wife's iPhone 4, luckily for her it was jailbroken and we downloaded some app to turn on/off the vibrate switch.
