I just got my iPhone 6 Plus about a month ago. I initially got the silicon case from Verizon to protect my phone at first. It was shiney and gave a good grip. Pretty descent case for $20. I decided, after much thought and reading reviews, to try the Apple silicone case. It was much better than the Verizon case. It felt great. High quality. It had a strange smell though that soon began to dissipate. It became a little tacky gripping after awhile and attracted lint around the edges of the screen by the edge of the case after being in my pocket. No big deal really. But I got curious about the leather case. I ordered it and I love it. So much better than the silicone case. It is thinner and not as tacky. It fits the phone so much better. It's also black and not gray like the silicone. It's much easier to get in and out of the pocket with less lent. Condensation from the palm does not build up as much either. It's by far the better case and well worth the premium dollar. Hands down go with leather over silicone if you have any doubts.
