Ok, if I use the camera connection kid, would I lose being able to connected to a power supply?

I am planing in using the iPad as a music sequencer with my keyboards and use the camera connection kit for the midi interface but... how the iPad is going to be powered now?

Any help?

Thank you.

Not with any first-party accessories, nope. There may be third-party gear that allows simultaneous charging and USB input, but use them at your own risk.

Though, the iPad has insane battery life to begin with - unless you have marathon sessions, it should last long enough, and still have enough juice for other stuff.
