Silverlight update issues with El Capitan

I'm running El Capitan 10.11.2
I've just updated Silverlight, I'm now being asked to update it again!. My Sky login isn't working either, the site asks repeatedly to update silverlight. Anyone have any fixes please?

Yes I've re booted / uninstalled & re installed S'light. Still go t the same issue. Although I'm self taught I can usually solve stuff like this myself. frustrated !

Don't forget that Silverlight is a Microsoft product. It has never worked well, and drains your battery. I use it as little as possible.

yeah i have that problem as well...apparently i need that silverlight to work.

did you update?...apparently they got that update...and rebooted..and works now.
