Sim Adapter Question .... Thanks

Hi all ....

i'm purchasing sim cutter including sim adapter

sim adapter is not working , little piece plastic cannot holding a microsim when
inserting to my tmobile phone

it work for iphone because iphone 4 already have adapter

but i want to used it for 2 phone

when i putting to tmobile phone , adapter holding a sim was upside down , not standing
so i cannot slide it into angle of sim tray
