I am traveling to Spain soon for holiday. Does anyone have suggestions for a cheap SIM card plan that I can buy in Madrid airport or downtown?

Also my iPhone X is the unlocked version. I assume this will work in Spain without issue?

Thanks!

I used my unlocked iPhoneX there last year without issue and picked up a SIM card from Orange. I think it was about 10 euro and came with 15gb data and 100 minutes for 30 days. Overall much cheaper than using my carriers (AT&T) international plan

That’s perfect for what I need. Where did you buy the SIM card?

I actually just came back from Spain two days ago. After a lot of research, I found that the two networks that have excellent coverage/great LTE speeds are Vodafone and Moviestar. Can't go wrong with either. You can get them at the airport, or one of the many locations scattered throughout Madrid.

I used the airport WiFi to find the closest one to my hotel and just walked to it after check in. It was a fairly easy transaction. I used google translate to communicate with the employee on what I was looking to do since I don’t speak Spanish. Make sure to bring your passport/copy of passport.
