I'm either gonna give my old iPhone 6 Plus to my daughter (lives in another city) or sell it outright...but my question is that when I got my iPhone X, I just used the SIM that was in that phone...so now this iPhone 6 Plus has my original SIM. I know it only has carrier information on it...but does it go with the phone or do I throw it away?

It depends on which carrier you are with. For GSM carriers and Verizon, you can keep your old SIM card and simply swap that SIM card to your new iPhone X. For Sprint and the carriers that use Sprint's network, it's complicated.

Is there any harm in including it? It doesn't have personal information...correct? Or even the phone number?

If selling I would not leave it in iPhone. Better safe than sorry---🙂
