iPhone 11 Pro Sim card

Will my att sim card on my iPhone X work if I put it in the iPhone 11 pro max? I used a shared upgrade and don't want to mess up the persons phone that let me use the upgrade.

That’s the only way I got my 11 pro to work with cellular. Put sim in from my X

I put in my sim from my 8 Plus. Works perfect. I tested internet speed with each SIM card just to make sure everything was good
