I've been trying to install SIMBL so I can get some add ons for Safari. After I run the installer there should be ~/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins but there is not. I am running Snow Leopard 10.6 and trying to install SIMBL 0.9.6b. The installer says it is complete and done but it doesn't appear to be doing anything. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Wrong File Destination

I thought I had this problem too, however I was simply not looking in the right place.

SSIMBL is in fact installed it is jut where I thought it was. I looked for it by starting on my username in finder. ie user(home)>library>application support>

What I needed to be doing was starting at my hard drive.

machd>library>application support> SIMBL

it showed up then. I installed simbl like seven times before I realized this.

OMFG THANK YOU. This was driving me INSANE. I was like, "There's no way I'm THAT stupid." Apparently, I was wrong. :D
