Simple iPhone 5 bumper with no brand engraving

I have read all bumper for iPhone 5 threads, and have yet to find one of good quality or close to Apple's bumper. Most bumpers unfortunately say the brand on the side and that takes the simple appeal of the bumper away. Are there any that are just like the bumpers Apple made for the iPhone 4? Something simply and not bulky with no ugly logo or brand name engraved on the side.

The power support seems to be the best, but pricey and not available in the US.

I wouldn't trust a $5 - $10 bumper either.
