Hey guys, sorry for the painfully obvious question, but I've never had to ship with FedEx before. Apple sent me a box so I can mail in my MBP, which is having audio issues. I'm assuming that all I have to do is pack up the laptop, remove the top shipping label to reveal the return label, and drop the sealed box off at an authorized shipping center? Is there anything else I have to do, or is it really just as easy as it seems? I assume that the return box is pre-paid by Apple so I don't have to pay to ship it.

it's that easy.
and yes, the return shipping is covered by apple.
the label under the one you tore off is just the label from you to them.
you drop it off at fedex, they give you a receipt (with tracking number on it)
and you walk out the door.
literally takes 10 seconds.

if you don't want to go to a fedex, you can call fedex and they will pick it up from your house.
but going there is a lot faster and most likely not that big of a hastle.

did you use all the tape they gave you?
i think they give you too much.
but i guess it's better to have too much than too little.

I have to take it to an authorized shipping center because there isn't a FedEx by me. I assume the process is the same.
