M Moi un Mouton macrumors 68000 Sep 20, 2009 #3 iTunes is not going to let you do it though. It allows 3.1 only to be loaded since the last update. Unless you already used the Cydia functionality to store your iPhone's key files, hope you did!

If you have it on file you can install 3.0 though.
