Universal Simple TXT edit with Dropbox and Handoff and Document Picker, Spotlight

Hello,

can you recommend me simple, plain-text-only editor for Mac and iPad Pro with support for Dropbox and Handoff, Spotlight and Document Picker?

I use nvAlt (Notational Velocity) for plain text notes on Mac (synced on DropBox) and Notesy on iOS (that accesses the same text notes on DropBox)

I haven't used them with handoff, spotlight, and document picker so I don't know how well they work with those. But these two apps have been rock solid for me.
