Simple Way to get Ringtones?

Is there no easy way to add ringtones and alerts to an iPhone? (and by easy, I mean withOUT having to use a cable and iTunes on a computer) 😕
 
Not likely because for it to load into your options, it has to go through iTunes... I think it's pretty lame...
