Apps Simpsons World on FXNOW App Not Working

I've never been able to get the Simpons World on the FXNOW App to work. Previously it was on another app but they have since consolidated all their apps to one.

Right now I'm using a DirecTV Now log in. I think in the past I used a TWC or Spectrum. Right now it just has the spinning loading circle. I'm able to watch different channels on the Simpsons TV, so that's working.

Is this maybe a separate pay service I'm not seeing?

Been going on for a while now. Only reason we have that app installed but it's about to get booted out.

Have you reported it or anything? I'm probably going to do this. It works on my 3rd gen Apple TV.
