simtower on mac osx using dosbox

Hi all. i recently remembered a childhood game which i would really like to play. looked around and found that you can play dos games on mac using dosbox. however it requires a EXE file which the simtower files i download do not have (only has setup.exe which requires windows to run, according to dosbox)

anyone has any idea how to play this? also if anyone can play yoot tower i would appreciate them sharing about it here too.

Known issues:
Game can't be saved. The community is currently looking for a way to save the game without the x11 interface closing.
