Simultaneously Record Voice Memo and Video

Hello, sorry if a solution for this is already posted somewhere. I did a quick search and I'm overwhelmed by how much community documentation there is for the iphone!

I wish to record with voice memo and be able to take video simultaneously. I have noticed that calls (incoming or outgoing) and video will interrupt background recording, whereas taking photos does not.

How can I do this? Is there an app that offers this functionality?

I am using iphone 4s and iOS7.

I believe it is a limitation of iOS in that it can only process one audio source at a time when it come to recording something.
