Since iOS 15, notifications are not working on some apps

I did try Focus and Schedule Summary but have since turned it off. I am not able to receive notifications from certain apps like InstantCart. I've reinstalled the app, I've rebooted, updated to 15.01, and so on. Nothing seems to work. Anyone else experiencing this and know what possibly it could be?

There’s lots of things not quite right with iOS 15. In a few months things should get a little better
