After upgrading to Sonoma, I’ve noticed my screenshots are now approximately 7 MB, whereas they used to be around 1.5 MB in Ventura. I usually capture the same window all the time, so I can clearly see the difference in file size.
It's the same with my video screen recordings. They're huge now.
Is there any way I can reduce it?
