Since switch from iPhone SE to iPhone 12 no unlock with iPhone

I cant unlock my AW S 4 anymore through my iPhone. It wored fine with my SE 2020, even if there was an Touch ID Problem. Anyway. I set everything up as new AW and iPhone no Backup. I always have to type in the code in AW manually. All settings are made.

Strange thing is: the unlock of the iPhone 12 when wearing a Face Mask does work with my AW S 4.

Did you enable it again in the settings?
Watch app>Passcode>unlock with iPhone
