Since upgrading to 11.3 iPad won’t charge

It only charges while the screen is active. As soon as it goes to sleep it stops charging...
Have tried on 3 different cables.
Am I the only one?

I haven’t seen that problem. If you are sure it is not the cable you may need to do a backup, wipe and reinstall.

How do you know it isn’t charging when sleeping? Is there a light on the charger? I have that on an Anker charger.

Because when I activate it in the morning it hasn’t charged and the charge indicator in the upper right hand corner is white instead of green.

I had something similar with an older iPad. As weird as it may sound, don’t use an extension cord, multi-outlet wall tap, or surge protector. Then directly plug into a different outlet.

I've tried rebooting and it didn't help. I'll try a complete reset and restore tonight and see what that does...

So I erased and restored the iPad and all’s good...
