Single headphone buzzing when on ANC/Transparency

Recently my left headphone (only) has been buzzing at certain moments (mostly when windy and/or playing reasonably loudly) when I have either ANC or Transparency on. It doesn't happen at all when I just turn to 'off' but obviously the sound quality isn't as good as on the other types.

Anyone else had this problem? I've reset the headphones and re-paired but to no avail.

Yes, I’ve noticed strong wind making the left earphone buzz with NC turned on.

I had the same thing with my right one. First time I used it on an airplane, super excited to try the noise cancelling. Worked for about a minute and then high piercing sound and constant crackling or buzzing. I had to send it back and got a replacement.

Ah that's annoying - for you and me! Looks like I'll be booking in a trip to the Apple store then.

Didn't get a fix to this, so ended up just being a swap at an Apple store - thankfully the day before they all closed!
