I have two Power PC G5s, they both need the os upgrading.

They won't run 10.6 and 10.5 has now been discontinued.
Getting hold of a copy of 10.5 is proving difficult, more so for a family pack version.

Do i need to try and source a family pack of 10.5 if i'm running it on multiple macs or will a single version be ok? Would there be any problems running both macs at the same time?

Thanks

Legally you would need a license for every machine but because there is no serial in OS X, the single pack will work just fine. My Snow Leopard has been installed into 4 different Macs
