Sintech adapter for NVMe drive

Last Friday I ordered and paid via PayPal an adapter directly from the company's website. Same day I sent them an email with a question but no response received.

Do you know the typical waiting time to get the adapter from them?
I don't need it right at the moment but not receiving an email response from them makes me think.....

I ordered a few from their website and had it delivered to Canada in about 8 business days.

I am 99% sure I also did not receive an email. Received it no problem.

Thanks guys, no basically their customer support is nonexistent.
I wanted to get the screw drivers to open the laptop and remove the screw from the SSD but guess I can check Harbor Freight or any local shop.

I went to ifixit.com and ordered the proper tool kit so I could work on all my laptops.

Thanks, I'll see if I can find something cheap locally because the tools will be used for like a one time.
