Siri AI accessing video transcript/caption data?

I've been experimenting with the caption features of Final Cut Pro and found that properly installed captions cannot be "read" by Siri AI. Has anyone found a way to link transcript/caption data to a video file such that Siri AI can access the information? Thank you kindly.
