Don't know if this is just me/my household, or if others are experiencing something similar. I have a reminder list called "shopping". We would always use siri to add stuff to the shopping list (one of the few things Siri is actually good at). I would say something like "Hey Siri, add sugar to the shopping list" and it would add it.

Now they appear to have broken this, when you ask siri to add something to the shopping list, instead it responds "I didn't find a "To" list. Do you want to create one?"

So very frustrating.

Works in 18.6.2

I created a list named 'shopping' in Reminders, and asked Siri to add tomatoes to it. Siri added tomatoes to the list.

Still broken here. I thought maybe it was to do with Apple Intelligence but I turned that off and it still happens. I can’t do it right now but I’ll make a video and post it here.

Not really a solution, but go to Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Siri Responses and turn on 'Always Show Request'. This will show a transcription of what she hears. Does she hear you correctly?

It still works fine for me.

Good idea, but no, it's still broken. She/he hears me perfectly.

Try deleting & re-creating the list; that might solve it too.
I didn't delete the shopping list because it's currently full of stuff, but I created a new list called "Couch" (for want of something better). Same thing.

EDIT so we discovered that if you word it like this "Hey Siri on the shopping list add eggs" and this works. But the old wording of "Hey Siri add eggs to the shopping list" still does not work, even though it's worked for us for literally years. I'm wondering if maybe it's some Australian siri related thing.

Also point out that it appears to work fine on my ipad where I'm running ipadOS26 Beta.
