iPhone Siri and assistant lock screen

Is there a way for the hey Siri hey google command to work when locked?
I get a you need to unlock the device first message

You mean Settings > Siri & Search > Allow Siri When Locked?

i have that set like that...maybe its because google assistant is an app and that needs permission to do the same?

I have that same question, Siri doesn't work for me when locked, even with "Allow Siri When Locked" enabled on settings.

Create a shortcut, i.e. "Hey, Siri Google".

i have a shortcut labeled "hey google"
When unlocked, siri can access google, which works fine

plus side: last charge was at 10:20 on monday night, still at 28% today...pixel has to be charged every night as im left at 20-30%
