Siri and Dictation error messages. Anybody getting this?

So this started happening randomly. Despite the message, my iPhone CAN access Siri with no issues.

I've tried everything aside from re-pairing to fix and nothing is working. Tried soft and hard reboots of phone and watch, disabling Siri and re-enabling. Dictation also has an error when trying to use it. Also haven't found anything on the internet about this.

I am running iOS 8.4 beta on my phone, so I'm wondering if that may be the problem, although it was working fine.
