Siri is draining my battery while in standby, overnight specifically. From 11pm-5am my battery went from 75% to 30%.

Siri is at 100% usage with 0m screen on time. I don't really want to disable any Siri settings as I haven't had to in the past.

I'm running iOS 12.0.1, any ideas what is causing Siri to drain my battery in standby? I'm going to power the phone off and on tonight and see if that changes anything.

I don’t have that much battery drain like you. But from time to time Siri especially in the night shows ups with battery usage like 65%.

Usually lost with this around 5% overnight. How can Siri be activated in the night? It happened at 3am and 6am

If you have iTunes, put your phone in recovery mode and do a fresh update of 12.0.1. That fixed my battery issues, same as what you described.
