Siri doesn't stream music

On my iphone 6 and iPad Air 2 (and my friends) if you tell Siri to play some music (Siri play queen another one bites the dust) the screen says it's playing but nothing happens.

I can only get Siri to play about 5% of all requests even though they exist in Apple Music.
