Has anyone else noticed, that Wolfram|Alpha integration is gone when asking Siri general knowledge questions.

It seems Siri now sources information from Bing while not answering the question directly anymore.

In the below screenshot I asked Siri how tall Barack Obama is, under iOS 6 the answer was given through Wolfram|Alpha, while iOS 7 now shows a general bio about the person you mentioned.

Under iOS 7 below a long list of related materials, there is a button that let's you source the information from Wolfram|Alpha - unfortunately this will result in search results via bing, not a styled card like in iOS 6.

Dodgy implementation or dropped Wolfram|Alpha support? Does anyone know?

Wolfram Alpha is still there and if you ask certain questions you get Wolfram and others you get Bing. I think it's just a new implementation that will get tweaked. If you ask any conversions or math you get Wolfram.

Just when I thought so called 'iOS7 problems' couldn't get more ridiculous, irrelevant and 'dodgy'.

That looks to me like the wikipedia integration took over for that particular question instead of wolfram. Ask it about the higgs boson and see for yourself that wolfram is still there;)

I just tired my wording differently, I said "What is the height of Barrack Obama". Something they need to probably tweak but this is a beta after all...:p

Oops, misread what I was replying to.

I'm still getting actual responses to what I ask when I've tested a few things... Will keep trying different questions to see how it varies.

I just played around with it more, you need to be specif now with the questions. Like you can't ask "How heavy is Chris Christie", You have to stay like "How much does Chris Christie weight?" or "What is the weight of Chris Christie"

Kida puts off Siri's "human like, Intelligent personality"

lol @ Bing taking over Siri, next thing we know you'll start getting a BSOD when you ask Siri a question

Not because of this but I've felt Siri has been getting dumber since launch. She used to understand me much better too (again, I start experiencing this even before iOS 7).
