iPhone Siri has been disappeared

Hey guys!! Somebody can help me?

Since I don't know when, I cannot see Siri on settings. It works, but I cannot change anything. Neither hey Siri, nor dictator, voice...

I softreset the phone, shutdown and turn it on... I don't know what to do.... Please help me.

Anybody helps??? I updated to iOS 11.2 and it keeps like before.

I already did it to try improving performance in iPhone. Three times!!! Another one more?????

Can you post a screenshot of this.

Did you add an Exchange account on your device? Perhaps your corporate policies do not allow Siri and thus, it is disabled.

It suddenly appeared again!!!!! My settings are like yours. Thanks for all but I don't know what happened....
