Siri not sending iMessage - PB 4

Not sure if this is an ongoing issue/bug , but Siri is not sending iMessages for me in PB 4.

Go through all the dictation etc , & when reply " yes " to Siri " Do you want me to send " , I immediately get an iMessage telling me message failure.

This is the same whether on 3G , 4G or Wifi

Just tried it on mine but can't reproduce it, the message sent successfully. Sorry I can't help.
