Yesterday like many of us my AirPods Pro 2 updated to 7A294. Since then some strange things like conversation awareness not being fully transparent. But more importantly Siri doesn’t work… only saying Hey Siri will wake them up. I’ve sent a bug report to Apple… anyone else having this issue?

I’m experiencing the same thing. I’m assuming that the new AirPods Pro firmware only works properly with iOS 18 and that will have to wait for that for things to be fixed.

Mine work the same as they did before. I can still get responses by just asking, "Siri..." I know that doesn't help you but it's a data point. Still running iOS 17.

So you never has just Siri - cause APP2 according to Apple is supposed to support it. It did before this firmware. Monday Ios18 comes out so we can see.

I have the same issue, and to add to that they tend to drop out from my phone from time to time. ANC sounds bulky. They are almost useless how they are now.

Yeah hoping it's an ios18 thing... I've noticed that switching to conversation mode I can't hear as well as before at times.

Good News: IOS18 fixes this. Also for those who use conversion awareness, adjust the new adaptive audio slider to more noise which helps with background voices
