iPod touch Siri on iPod Touch?

I have the 4th gen iPod touch, and I know it will be getting iOS5, but will it come with SIRI (obviously an abridged version) as well?

And then will you be able to use parts of the app that don't need wifi (scheduling appointments, etc) when not on wifi?

Or is Siri exclusively on the iPhone4S?

No siri on ipod touch. If there is siri it will be on specs page, but it's not.
