Siri on iPod touch?

So Siri will be on iPod touch but not the iPad does anyone know why?

Starting with iOS 6, the 3rd generation iPad will have Siri.

I was speaking for the ipad 2

The iPad 2 will likely never get Siri because it doesn't meet Apple's requirement of having at least two microphones.
